Posted January 26, 201114 yr perhaps funniest song I've ever heard (maybe it was intentional?) is the Jesus and Mary Chains 'Living End'. It perfectly describes the 'ME' generation of the 80's and the ending never fails to make me laugh.
January 26, 201114 yr I'm pretty sure they were actually taking the p!ss out of bikers tbh.... ;) Early gigs were often characterised by violence and chaos, and often it was Punks and Bikers who would throw bottles and try to invade the stage... "Blasphemous Rumours" by Depeche Mode always makes me giggle a bit.... I've never really known whether Martin Gore intended it to be funny tbh...
January 26, 201114 yr I don't know why but the beginning of Tommy Sparks' "She's Got Me Dancing" always make me laugh. :D
January 26, 201114 yr Pretty much all of the Herman's Hermits catalogue. i wasn't around at the time but have been told that they were serious with their songs. A favourite has to be "I'm Henry the 8th."
January 29, 201114 yr Do It Like A Dude... It sounds it was written by a 5 year old  That's intentionally funny. It's meant to be a joke and p***-take.
