The show is turned into one giant surprise party as some of Hollywood’s biggest stars stop by to celebrate and the first time in eight years, Ellen has absolutely no idea who is coming to visit! The entire show is kept a secret from Ellen and the fun begins when good friend (and very pregnant) Pink joins her onstage to deliver the opening monologue and serenades the birthday girl with a personalized song. First time guest and one of America’s most beloved actresses Julia Roberts blows Ellen away by showing up on this special day and gives her a beautiful necklace. Plus, Colin Farrell delivers an extravagant cake and heartfelt gift — a T-shirt with a photo of him kissing Ellen! That’s not all — Jaden Smith stops by to wish Ellen a happy birthday! The only thing that Ellen does know is that one of her favorite bands, One Eskimo, is set to perform the song of her choice, Given Up.
