Posted February 5, 201114 yr Not sure if there's a thread for this, but here we go. I have a bad habit of charting songs that are to be released (or played on the radio) again. === 3OH!3 - Don't Trust Me // first release: #19 // re-release: #4 All Time Low - Weightless // first release: didn't chart // re-release: #36 Paloma Faith - New York // first release: #3 // re-release: #1 Eliza Doolittle - Skinny Genes // first release: #35 // re-release: #1 Two Door Cinema Club - I Can Talk // first release: didn't chart // re-release: #30 Bullet For My Valentine - The Last Fight // first release: #10 // re-release: #1 (I might've forgotten some) === Charted songs that are exposed by the X Factor doesn't really count, but I wouldn't mind seeing them. e.g. 'Make You Feel My Love', 'Killing In The Name' Not sure about few promotional singles that eventually became proper singles. (e.g. Tinchy Stryder 'Gangsta?') But I guess count them. Just don't count the songs that re-entered the chart because of new found love for those. LOL Edited February 25, 201114 yr by FM11
February 19, 201114 yr I can remember two specifically that did much better. The Automatic - Raoul #1 in Jan 2007, made #9 when I first charted it in Feb 2006. Panic! At The Disco - I Write Sins Not Tragedies #9 in Nov 2006, originally peaked at #19 in Mar 2006.
