Usually agree with you when it comes to GAGA but Judas I do not at the time I agree it didn't sound at all anywhere near a perfect song but as time has gone it's aged better than some of her other singles including born this way, edge of Glory, marry the night from the album

And all that without any playlist support, Spotify curators must hate her... Katy Perry's songs are always added to viral playlists the moment they start to rise in streams... Teenage Dream song was added to the "Big on the Internet" playlist with 4M followers on May 31st, while Judas, which is doing the same amount of streams, has not been added yet.

Judas may not have been a Gaga-sized smash hit, but it wasn't a flop. It went Top 10 in every main market even with just a few tracking days due to the messy release. Many artists would kill for a single that performed like this. It has also stood the test of time,! being one of Gaga's most streamed songs daily and doing more streams than many of 2011's #1 hits.

I couldn't disagree with a post more :no: for me it's electrifying, empowering, beautiful, rousing, passionate - the lyrics are amazing and I love the metaphor of embracing the darkness and sadness and finding strength in that. An anthem for me!

It's because of Jujutsu Kaisen, the most popular anime/manga at the moment in Japan, Judas went viral as the soundtrack for tiktok edits about this anime.
