March 10, 201114 yr Author After a few hours' work I now have the current positions based on this week's YTD charts. A total of 33 singles and 30 albums got a mention. Everybody listed the same single and album as the number one. It is very close at the moment. The player in the lead is ahead by 16 points. However, there is just one point between third and fourth. However, a lot of players included albums which were only released this week so they currently count as being at number 101. That means that a lot can still change. The real decider will be the performance of singles and albums released in the last few weeks. Some of them have not performed anything like as well as some players thought.
March 11, 201114 yr Some of them have not performed anything like as well as some players thought. Yes. I predicted Glee The Music Vol 4 as YTD top 20. :(
March 11, 201114 yr Author Yes. I predicted Glee The Music Vol 4 as YTD top 20. :( You're not alone there. It's at 33 this week so it's not a terrible guess.
March 12, 201114 yr Author I’ve had to make a small tweak to the rules. The release schedule showed Kanye West and Jay-Z’s Watch The Throne as due for release this week. However, it hasn’t been released and is now due in the summer. Two people included this album in their top 20. It seems unfair to penalise them for using information on BJ which turned out to be incorrect. We have discussed this and this is what we have agreed to do. For the two people directly involved, I will ignore that album and move the rest of their list up one place. So, if they had Kanye / Jay-Z at number 18, I will move their number 19 up to 18 and their number 20 up to number 19. For everyone else, I will ignore their number 20. Therefore, the albums part will become a top 19 instead of top 20.

Haha - who in their right minds would have thought this would go Top 20 in the YTD after 1 week!!!!!!! - this album would be lucky to go number 20 in a weekly chart. I'll shut up now as I have probably have just as stupid entries in my chart
