Mr. Postman is definitely the worst song on the album and the only one I don't like.

It was confirmed earlier this week that Diana would be starring in a new West End comedy called "The Duck House" alongside Ben Miller and several other cast members. You can read about this here! She said in an interview on Loose Women this week that she will still be continuing with this album campaign alongside starring in this new West End production! :cheer:

Here's a few more things that have happened this week!

 

On Monday morning, the album was in the top 300 on iTunes in the following countries according to Kworb: United Kingdom (#29), Ireland (#41, #184), Hungary (#148), Guatemala (#208), New Zealand (#221) and Ecuador (#252). Nice to see it in international iTunes album charts! :D

Also, on Sunday the album reached #2 on the iTunes Pop chart and was #1 if you don't count compilation albums as the Now album was #1! You can see this here:

 

Furthermore, Diana did a webchat on Monday to celebrate the album release where she answered questions from fans, played a game and performed 'Music To Make Boys Cry', 'Girls Just Wanna Have Fun' (Cyndi Lauper cover) and 'Better In French'. You can watch the full video below:

I saw her do that cover of 'Girls Just Want To Have Fun' at G-A-Y in the summer, she did such a good job of it! I also remember she did 'How Will I Know' around the time of 'My Wicked Heart's release.

Do you think she'll release a 3rd single (or video at least)? I hope for Lightning Strikes, Boy in Paris, Smoke or Blame Game.

I do think she'll release a third single and it will most likely be 'Mad At Me' as that seems to be one of Diana's favourite along with many fans! I'd love 'Lightning Strikes' to be a single though! :wub: Whatever song is the third single though is going to be amazing!

Diana charted at #37 in UK album charts which I think is fantastic for her situation! Also #9 in UK indie and #19 in Irish Indie!

Also, i really don't think this will be the last we see of Diana's album charting/having more music success as that 1D advert is going to be broadcast on tv in the run up to christmas, and we all know songs on adverts receive a lot of attention! so here's hoping this goes well for her!

It's a fantastic achievement! :wub: And I'm glad that the One Direction advert is going to be on TV over Christmas, I hope that Diana's label have the rights to release the song on iTunes!

I'm so proud she charted. We never thought it would happen especially after hardly any promo and the situation the album was released in.

 

My favourite by far is Smoke, I've seen somebody has used the music video from "Derail" to use as a Smoke video. It looks great! I do love Better In French and Blame Game though.

Does anyone know if 'Music to Make Boys Cry', the single charted at all? I know it was around #200 on iTunes last week.

It reached #44 on the Indie chart. The Top 29 on that charted placed within the official Top 200!

Diana is on Never Mind The Buzzcocks on Monday 11th November and is performing on the Paul O'Grady show on 21st November!!! New single perhaps??? I have a feeling she might be releasing My Favourite Things as a Christmas song!!!

Exciting!! :cheer: I think she'll either perform 'Music To Make Boys Cry' or a third single if it has been chosen. I'd love them to release 'My Favourite Things' over Christmas with the advert on TV, but I'm not sure they will. At least Diana has got more promo though! :D

Yeah i hope she doesnt perform MTMBC because i want her to move on and im not sure if she would have the time to promote a third single due to her acting commitments, so if she was doing MFT, the 1D advert would be excellent promo as its being played on tv in the run up to xmas!
