How come the forum looks like this on my screen?

I believe, it has something to do with me using Firefox since it's all normal when I use Explorer. Just don't know why Firefox would do this.

 

Possible explanation?

Ok on the top right under the NEW REPLY and NEW TOPIC buttons is drop down called Display Modes. Click it and make sure Standard is selected.
