LOL.

I was hoping for a #1 album, but now I would be happy with Top 5.

I think the 2 weakest songs are Let It Go and Tonight, they should have both been replaced by ballads.

^You TRANSCEND DELUSIONAL if you think Let It Go shouldn't be on the album. NOTHING else on this album would even have managed to go top 40 as a single.

You have actually listened to the album right? Because there are songs on there WAY better than 'Let It Go' So am sure if that managed top 40 other songs would... (in my opinion anyway  )

It's not the quality at all (in my eyes anyway) - it's a good enough album (god knows it pales in comparison to Overcome, one of my all time faves, though) but it's all too much the same. The only thing on there with an ounce of potential is Ooh La La I think, and even then it'd be a #26 SMASH at best. The whole album is just too generic dance-lite, and that sound obviously isn't working, and the two singles are actually probably two of my top 3 along with Ooh La La (perhaps replacing Elephant with Between The Sheets).

Between the sheets & Oh La La are two of my favs :D

big week for Alex. I cant see her beating Gary Barlow to number 1 though
Alex is doing a uStream now for anyone who doesn't know that wants to join in! :D
OMG! She just said my name on the uStream and thanked me for saying that her album was amazing! I couldn't believe it! :o :cheer:
Her twitter is going to explode today, she's trying her best promoting it on twitter..but it doesnt look like its doing anything. Album stuck at #33 on iTunes.

Had a few listens, here is my rate:

08 Heartbreak On Hold

09 Elephant

09 Let It Go

05 This Love Will Survive (a second rate Laserlight, which is obviously a fifth rate Titanium)

02 Fire (one of the most piss weak club bangers I've heard in... forever?)

08.5 Between The Sheets (flashbacks to Overcome with the R&B sound)

05 Daylight Robbery

07.5 Tonight

08 Love You That Much

09.5 Ooh La La (AMAZING, this is how you do the generic europop/dance *.*)

08 Sitting On Top Of The World

06.5 What Money Can't Buy

07 Devil In Me

08 Beating Still

As I've said, not a patch on the utterly amazing Overcome but not awful at all (certainly not as awful as the probable flop suggests)! Just very samey which is my main problem, and I maintain Ooh La La is the only song with an ounce of single potential, although with the abysmal taste Britain can often have Fire would probably smash

I think it's fair to say this will miss #01 easily with Gary Barlow expected to go to number one again. ANYTHING below top 5 could kill Alex, because it will take a MASSIVE tumble next week.

Lee, my darling, I think you've had your gloatathon moment now. :D I wouldn't be so hasty as to say she's over when (not if) this flops hard. She just needs new management and A&R and an image makeover. I always say that most popstars are only one amazing pop song away from a comeback.

I know it may seem as I dislike Alexandra Burke, but I do actually like her. It's frustration because she's much better than the shit songs she's putting her name to. That's 3 singles in a row that have underperformed and had limited Radio support, can't see anything changing.

All Night Long was FANTASTIC.
