November 6, 201212 yr Safe to say they kind of murdered HoB/GTG but NOT QUITE as it's my favourite song of his so it's a tough song to murder completely. WHAT HAVE THEY DONE TO 'GONE' THOUGH. WOT. 'The Birds Part 2' sounds a bit off too. At least they seemed to keep 'D.D' almost as it was. And I VERY MUCH LIKE what they did to 'Initiation'! That background music :wub: Why couldn't they alter the sound and just add a few TINY new things like they did with 'Wicked Games' though?! :( I'm so going to not care in a couple of months though - this sound is just new to the ears of a person who listened to each The Weeknd song 100 times on average. :D AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH EXCITEMENT.

Judging by the 1:30min snippets he did alter the sound either slightly by adding some additional sounds and effects (Wicked Games, Initiation) or quite big (at least to my ears - HoB/GTG). But overall he did not change the structure or anything like that - every song is still intact.
