April 5, 200619 yr Orson are this year's Maroon 5 or Spin Doctors. Do not make them big, you will only regret it later. Too late, they're number one...thanks. Ok, who could be big this year? Dirty Pretty Things will probably hit the top 2 with their debut, not because it's good but because Libertines fans will be desperate for it. The album will be number one. Boy Kill Boy look most likely to do what the Kaiser Chiefs did last year. If "Suzie" can get in the top 10 then it could pave the way for "Civil Sin" to be re-released and become their "I Predict a Riot". The Long Blondes will become the new Yeah Yeah Yeahs, but won't become huge because their kind of music never does. Snow Patrol are about to release their "Invisible Band". It'll sell bucketloads but only to people who'd never heard of them before "Run". Agree with a lot that you said... Boy Kill Boy - Civil Sin is fantastic and definitely deserves a re-release :wub: Dirty Pretty Things and Orson are looking like dead certs to be big! Not so sure about your comment about the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, and how their kind of music is never successful - their album charted at 7 last weekend!! :D And I think if Snow Patrol's new album is successful, the success is well deserved!!!... Loving You're All I Have at the moment :) Also Gnarls Barkley (I know they're not rock/indie but..,) and Wolfmother may be biggish, and The Kooks seem to becoming bigger by the minute
