I assume that 'first artist to replace themself at #1' is for singles not albums? (In other news '21' has now re-peaked at #5 in Russia, completing the set of at least top 5 in all the countries in the first post :D It's also back at #2 in Spain for an eighth non-consecutive week, still hope for it to eventually reach #1 there. I'm not stupid enough to quote uncited things from Wikipedia. Does anyone have a source link confirming '21' going 9x platinum in the Netherlands?
