I feel like Tash has more personality. Model wise they're the same.

 

 

They all are well harsh on Courtney, her and India are the best models by far but yeah, Courtney will be gone soon. Still sticking to my India V Cody finale prediction.

I'm hoping these few down weeks are part of a storyline arc where Courtney is suddenly gonna come back and absolutely slay for the next few weeks. India is still my favourite but Pavel has it so right that these are the top two for sure, for me anyway.

okay let's get this over with ~

 

1.) India: I wish she was giving more Teenage Dream era than One Of The Boys despite the outfit SCREAMING TD era, but otherwise another stellar performance. In fact it's getting somewhat obvious that India is going to win. She's slaying in almost every episode and her commentary is always noted.

 

2/3.) the twins: Honestly I can't choose because I think they were on the same level this week. The judges are going to rave over Tash and feel meh about Cody because that's the storyline from now on. Although I will say that although Tash pulled off the personality and the energy, Cody's picture stood out more as an actual high fashion editorial and her profile (side shot) looks AMAZING. They're both different sides to their past work though, which is always good - I like seeing diversity in portfolios.

 

4.) Paige: ...which I'm sure to contradict with her. :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: SHE WAS ROBBED. I honestly get the "same picture" comments with her making almost the same face in every single picture. However, this looks a bit sabotaged. Like Drew wanted her to get rid of the cheerleader stigma and they gave her Britney's BUBBLEGUM ERA?!?! So of course the judges are going to think she looks contrived instead of portraying teenage Britney. And she gets eliminated now when there were easily two pictures that were much worse? Literally the first model since Lenox who I felt was robbed.

 

5.) Courtney: A bit raunchy but then again when hasn't Madonna been the juxtaposition of raunchy and virginal? I thought it was a decent picture (not as much as Paige) and Courtney pulled off the character but for some reason I feel like I'm missing that spark that I've gotten from her previous pictures. Not entirely gushing over it but it's acceptable.

 

6.) CoryAnne: Is it just me, or does CoryAnne look a bit sleepy and boring? She was given Queen Bey and yet her best shot is with her back at the camera? She looks unusually stiff for portraying Beyonce, who is vibrant and always serves face and motion. It would be nice to see her doing more of that catwalk during the Super Bowl but ugh. She frustrates me sometimes.

 

7.) Tatiana: Of course everyone in this thread knows how Tyra acts and how extra she is and we're expecting Tatiana to pull that off given her previously exceptional work. NOPE. She literally just stood there and looked pretty and thought it would make a feasible red carpet Tyra picture. B O R I N G.

So at this point in the competition, you literally have to be almost perfect. Btw I'm kinda liking Law's comments (the "National Geographic" one especially).

 

1.) India: FINALLY WE SEE THE GIGI COMPARISONS. Actually, while it's Gigi that I see in the face, the rest of the picture reminds me of (and I'm probably the only person who watches this) past Australia's Next Top Model winner Melissa Juratowich, which can only mean good things if she can come across like this in the pictures.

 

2.) CoryAnne: It was really close between her and Cody but in the end I thought her more elegant Great Gatsby style elevated her photo a bit more than most of the other girls (as well has her body of work). However, she still frustrates me to no end: she'll come out with something like that Beyonce picture, and then a week later pull this out of her butt and she's guaranteed another week on the show.

 

3.) Cody: It's an AMAZING beauty shot for sure. At this point in the competition, it's looking like she and India are the definite top 2. Her skin is absolutely radiant and matches perfectly with the backdrop that she was given, and it was impressive given that we were only given her face and just a straightforward angle (unlike her comp card which has her leaning towards the camera).

 

4.) Tash: Personally, I think that the judges gave her less credit that she should have gotten. It's regal and statuesque, which is something that Tash has always excelled at. She also explained in panel that she wanted to come across as the soft one and not see the edge of her face, which although it showed during the first photoshoot, she has failed to do since. She looks like a Fields Medal winner here.

 

5.) Tatiana: I'm bored of her already. I get that she's effortless with her photos and they judges somehow raved over that. I just think that being photogenic just comes with good genes. If she wants to pull off effortless (which I've been seeing a lot recently), she's gonna have to give some spark or edge that sets her apart from the rest of her portfolio, or else it's gonna bite her in the butt.

 

6.) Courtney: It's not a horrible photo, but it's unusually disappointing for her, and the weakest picture of a strong bunch. She also looks like someone from Australia's Next Top Model (this time early eliminee Brooke) but I wish that we would have gotten a better angle from her. It looks like she's giving the pouty lips again.

Cory Anne is just costing through based on her previous 2 top pictures now. She is also quite forgettable.

 

Cody SLAYED this photoshoot. So happy she got the best pic. Didn't expect to see Courtney in the bottom 2 but hey they couldn't put TATIANA or CORY f***ING ANNE there. The latter would be going home because no one ever survived 4 bottom 2's.

also the f*** was with that Tatiana's hand and what were the judges smoking?? it looked TERRIBLE and SO out of place.

Has anyone on these reality TV show 'bring backs' in this format ever gone on to win. In ANTM and Drag Race they get like 2 episodes tops and are gone again. I guess Leila came closest to winning.

5.) CoryAnne: next week sees her getting emotional which means she probably took a mediocre photo and since she's been bottom 2 so many times she'll be the one to go because they're tired of giving her chances.

India is for sure winning.

I really don't think you can have a foregone conclusion on the winner with ANTM, the amount of times the weaker and less consistent model won over an obvious front runner, and Cody's been quite consistent anyway throughout. Rooting for India though my favs usually come second.

I guess that's true since they've hidden so many winner edits in just the first half of the season (Tatiana ("I have the business, I have the brand, I am the boss), India (silently slaying), Courtney (the bitch winning Top Model like Eva), Cody (being the superior twin)) but if we're looking at all the edits, what we see in India's that the other three are lacking is that her commentary seems to be present throughout the whole season (the judges (particularly Drew) already hate Courtney and she has the bitch edit so of course she's prominent, Tatiana was barely there for the second/third photo shoots and even moreso with Cody, and CoryAnne is a lost cause).

So many of them took this photoshoot so seriously. I would've at least spent half the time doing some crazy interesting vibrant faces full of personality.

it's sad that the paper magazine shoot was only a beauty shoot because I would have LOVED to see the full body shot for the particular backdrops that they chose
