July 28, 200618 yr thats prob her best known album suus,it made number 8 in the uk but droped out of the chart very quickly ,to date it has only spent 7 weeks on th etop 75 and sold around 150,000 copies

I think 'Perfection' has really buggered things up for her, since that single she's almost been universally ignored because of it. :angry:

They truly got it wrong on many levels with that one... releasing the video to music channels two months early, releasing the single too late, no airplay whatsoever and releasing it on a cram packed week, meaning it gets lost in a rush. I'm sure it could have done a lot better under different circumstances, I'm convinced. :cry:

July 28, 200618 yr i think it was weak too but beter than perfection. but i do agree vid was released to early before the single. and the airplay thing has always been her peoblem, u cant cahnge that. its up to the stations. look at shakira. she hasnt even craked the top30 airplay but still has one of the biggest songs of the year so it proves airplay is not that essential.

Shakira is never off the music channels though, so that helps her. Besides, I'm sure most record companies bribe radio stations to playlist their releases. :lol: They just haven't bothered much with her so far.
