April 22, 201114 yr I LOVE Supernanny, Nanny 911 and Jo Frost's Extreme Parental Guidance   I especially love it on Supernanny when the kids will not listen and the mum gets uber frustrated and breaks down in Jo's arms :D Horrible as it sounds, that's just me :P I also occasionally enjoy the property shows frequently mentioned on this thread :)
April 28, 201114 yr I used to be addicted to anything fronted by Lorne Spicer - Car Booty, Cash In The Attic, god knows what else she appeared on (and it was a LOT, she was practically the face of BBC weekdays a few years ago). But the formats are all a bit tired now, they could do with spicing things up. I really think that there's a gap in the market for Cash In The Attic: Revisited. It could be quite dramatic - imagine how exciting it would be to see Lorne Spicer returning to the families to see how they spent the £300 that they raised, whether they enjoyed the pampering session that they sold all of their valuables and antiques for. Whether they now regret saying goodbye to their posessions and worldly goods in exchange for a family trip to the zoo which nobody actually enjoyed in the end anyway. Whether it was all actually a plot to get their face on the telly and 15 minutes of fame. So many questions!
April 28, 201114 yr Whether it was all actually a plot to get their face on the telly and 15 minutes of fame. So many questions! I'm sure this is the only reason that people ask to go on these shows for. The prime example is stuff like Location, Location, Location or A Place In The Country - where people have several millions to spend on a property and yet they are apparently too useless to find somewhere themselves! I'm tempted to apply to go on 'Home or Abroad' (the one that deals with whether people want to move to Australia, NZ, Canada, etc - or stay in the UK) ... just so I can get a free holiday out of it. April 28, 201114 yr One of my old college lecturers turned up on Cash In The Attic last year, to raise money for god knows what, something useless that I can't recall  She was always an oddball, but even I was surprised that she'd want to appear on that. The last thing I'd want is Jennie Bond snooping through my house and turning her nose up at everything!

You have to have watched it but I was in stitches :(.
