May 3, 201213 yr Just found out Lucie co-wrote American Idol finalist Haley Reinhart's new single 'Free', thought some of you (ie Joesph :lol:) might like to listen so I'll try and spread the word of Haley's amazingness :P Lucie is a great talent. She has written some great songs. I like Haley's song.
June 11, 201213 yr Author New song - Gasoline. Absolutely beautiful! Not sure it'll be on the album though. Lucie's said on Twitter that there will be 10 tracks on the album, excluding any bonus tracks. 100% confirmed tracks so far: Happy Without Me Roots Reset Love Knows Where You Are Let Love Find You Letters To Ghosts Most likely: Hide & Seek Love With No Fear Smoke (Somebody Stop Me) Previously confirmed, but things may have changed: Cry A Little More Other possibilities: The Dreamer Gasoline So some of them won't make the album, probably the final two songs.

Album news: It's coming in 2013 with an EP this year, apparently. It better happen this time. :P

Also available to listen to in full studio version form is LOVE WITH NO FEAR, initially a demo Lucie posted on MySpace years ago.

November 3, 201311 yr Author Lucie has a new website up and running! www.luciesilvas.com From the bio page: Whilst starting to perform with various US artists and on their tours (including Kacey Musgraves), Lucie is now finishing up brand new tracks for her new album in her new hometown of Nashville, TN. All the songs were co-written and co-produced by Lucie and the title track "Roots" was recently featured on the US TV show THE CLIENT LIST. So it looks like Roots is now the album name! Not sure what I think of that, got quite used to Letters To Ghosts but I assume that was scrapped and this is gonna be a slightly different record? Should have some of the same tracks though as we've had Roots for a while. EDIT: And it also appears Lucie is SIGNED to a label! Presumably a small one? March 6, 201411 yr Author Last track of my album being mixed tomorrow..... jeez it's been a long but challenging and exciting road, with so much focus and hard work and doing the album exactly how i dreamed i could. Some of these tracks were recorded in London and some in Nashville. I'm so proud and grateful to the folks I worked with on this.... and I can't wait for you all to hear it. The album always seems to be ready to be released and years go by and nothing happens. :unsure: I know the feeling :( It did seem to finally be getting somewhere earlier in the year with two singles being released but it's one step forward and two steps back now, as it's gone quiet all over again. :(
