April 19, 201114 yr Good topic! :D Power Of Goodbye is the main one I would have liked on there as its my second fave song by her. I think Give It 2 Me should have been on there instead of Miles Away as it did a lot better chart wise, plus I just prefer it anyway. American Pie :kink: Probs be a few raised eyebrows at this choice but it's a bit of a guilty pleasure for me :heehee: Couple of others would include American Life and Love Profusion :)

Rain only appears on Erotica & Something To Remember (her greatest ballads album) She didn't put on GHV2. She said to Jo Wiley that she could only put songs on GHV2 that she could listen to 5 times in a row and not get bored with them. Lol I guess you can do anything when your Madonna.

Get Together and/or Jump - both classics from Confessions American Life - A MUST HAVE! Drowned World/Power Of Good-bye/Nothing Really Matters - One of them I love all of them. Deeper And Deeper - A dance classic Rain - A great ballad from Erotica Bedtime Story - Madonna & Bjork in one song lol Hanky Panky - A classic from I'm Breathless (nothing is really from that era on Celebration) I know a lot of people hate this song though. Angel - a perfect pop love song Oh Father and or Keep It Together would do Celebration great justice too.
April 21, 201114 yr Too many to mention really what a missed opportunity, big error I think however some classics are; You'll See, I'll Remember, Power of Goodbye, Get Together, American Life, Deeper and Deeper, Rain, This used to be my playground, True Blue, Gambler, Angel and so on.
April 22, 201114 yr There's so many. Celebration really should've been available as 2-disc and 3-disc versions. Angel, True Blue, Causing a Commotion, Dear Jessie, Hanky Panky, This Used To Be My Playground, Rain, You'll See, Human Nature, Nothing Really Matters, American Life, Get Together and Jump all would've been great additions.

April 22, 201114 yr A 3 disc for the FANZ would have been fantastic, I would love to have Gambler on CD for example. True Blue not being on it is hardly surprising given the subject of it, the same reason it wasn't on TIC. I think all in all they did a decent job of the tracklist, there was always going to be a wealth of hits left of, she's had 70 top 40 singles in the UK for example. Hollywood over American Life is quite an obvious choice though, the former was quite divisive and critically panned. Miles Away over Give It 2 Me is stupid though and unforgivable as Miles Away was barely a hit at all, maybe a Japanese bonus track would have been fine.
