Interesting to see that 8/10 from the current UK top 10 have been number-one in at least two other countries. Wonder if Mann and 50 Cent'll peak high anywhere else, it's done surprisingly well here in the United Kingdom.

Macedonia seem to have a very similar taste in music.

As for the current UK T10 - Pitbull's 'Give Me Everything' has experienced the greatest worldwide success by a long shot - with Ed Sheeran and Katy Perry being the only two tracks not to have reached #1 somewhere.

Katy Perry did get to #1 on the real US chart, it just missed out on the fake one because of airplay.

TBH the Scottish flag shouldn't be on there as it isn't an official chart

Yes it is? It's the official chart of Scotland. And it's listed on the Official Charts Company's website.

It stands out that Nicole Scherzinger, an American artist has only got to number 1 in UK and Scotland

She has had more number 1s in scotland too! "Poison" was number 1.

It's not a chart specific to Scotland though, as it is merely the UK chart with the Scottish sales taken out. I never class it as an actual chart, although it's a sub-chart of sorts.

The main charts are the UK one and the Irish Singles Chart.

It's still an official chart though.

just two songs out of this weeks top 10 have been hits in the USA as well :o

I count four  Best Thing I Never Had, Super Bass, Little Bad Girl, Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.).

It is compiled from sales from Scotland, and Scotland is a country.

It's misleading to say Scotland is a country. It is one but not in the same way France is a country. Scotland is a country within the UK. :kink:

I wouldn't class 'Little Bad Girl' as a hit in the US yet, looking at the current peak.

I suppose, but it is still considered a country.
