2009 version. I like the other one but I came to love the newer one so I am used to it :D
They are so different though so any comparison is quite difficult. On purely sonic terms I prefer the 2009 version because it's just an easier thing to sit and listen to, but the 2002 version sounds better and is a better song. If that makes sense.

A one minute clip of Lourdes' cover version has leaked and rumoured to be the song that gets her signed to a label.

(Surely just being Madonna's daughter will do that).
