CODE BEY | Results

Thanks to the 27 people who voted for their favourite 10 Beyonce singles - from Work It Out to Why Don't You Love Me? Results for this will start tomorrow at some point, counted down in a fun/interactive Eurovision manner.

I can exclusively reveal all of the songs received points and six songs got over 100 points, making this the second most successful CODE (after Girls Aloud).

Predict away below, if you like.

AND WE'RE OFF. The first three to vote are the most eager - but does this mean they have the best taste?! Possibly. Sweet Dreams racks up a very good 21 points to put it right at the top to begin with, with the underrated 'flop' Why Don't You Love Me? just behind it at #2. The Top 5 is completed by Halo, Listen and Deja vu. Most of Telephone's votes in this round come from Chris (whose name should technically be upside down in some weird JARK-style lettering, but I can't be arsed), which I guess shouldn't be a surprise considering how often one can find his tongue up GaGa's arse on this forum. Will the trend of GaGa loons voting for Telephone and keeping it high on this BEYONCE countdown continue?! We shall see.

Six songs still to come.

When voting she's definitely been better than I thought, I hope nothing from her last album wins though, Sweet Dreams wouldn't be too bad but everything else off it is poor.
I will be eternally digusted if 'Telephone' wins this. I'm hoping the first set arent an indication of how things are to go, I like 'Why Dont You Love Me' but I wouldnt hold it as one of her best.
When voting for Why Don't You Love Me, I did obviously mean the MK Ultras remix. The original is BLAND AS

This bunch of voters seem quite conflicting since a quick browse tells me there's only ONE song all three of them have in common - that being Sweet Dreams (which has featured in all six votes so far.) That'd be why it reigns supreme at the top with 39 points, with a five point lead over second place 'Halo'. Why Don't You Love Me? falls from #2 to #4 despite picking up 12 points this round from Mr AaronTM. The biggest new entry is Ego, which racks up a massive 20 points and lands at #7, above number one hits If I Were A Boy, Telephone, Deja vu and Beautiful Liar. Do we have a surprise contender for the top?!

Only Work It Out is still yet to receive points.

Good God no, it would be a crime if that was declared the winner.

:heehee: Oh Regina...

Telephone FTW :P

:cheer: Telephone or Listen ftw!

DEJA VU to win!

I wasn't going to give 'Telephone' that many points as it's not her song, but then I realised it's my favourite pop song since.... ever? and felt my rankings should refect that.

Wouldn't mind sweet dreams winning really, it is pretty great! Though crazy in love will always be my favourite song of hers and one of my favourites of all time. I live for that breakdown near the end!

and woo for ego

I'm not sure if Telephone should be on here really..

Of course it should! I've included all of the hits Beyonce has featured on which charted in the UK. No one has a problem with Bonnie & Clyde being included.

ANYWAYZ, thanks for all the discussion/commentage in here - tis very nice to see. Let's continue.

THEO and Jack give Crazy In Love full points this round, meaning it gains 27 in total and shoots up to #2 - just a few points shy of robbing the top spot. In the opposite of the last set of votes, where Ego seemed to triumph above bigger hits, this round Irreplaceable, Telephone, Beautiful Liar, If I Were A Boy and Single Ladies all climb inside the Top 10 - knocking Ego down to #11.

Work It Out is still yet to receive any points.

Fantastic top five there! Glad 'Crazy in Love' is climbing, I'd love it to win as it really is a pop classic and one of my favourite songs of all time!
