However...it's not exactly an american show. Wasn't it originally a dutch show?

Think about it though, hiding them would be pointless because we'd have already seen what they look like in the auditions. (after they're picked)

 

It's exactly the same as the Dutch original show. John de Mol (producer of the show) sold the show to America, but only if he

would have al lot of the say in the concept.

 

I downloaded the show, and the audition are just the same as the Dutch version.

 

And I did not see a Ben Saunders yet ( Dutch winner of the show) he was really good...

This is getting a BBC makeover for autumn next year to clash with the X Factor, there are rumours of Robbie Williams been on the judges panel, with Adele and Dannii Minogue as the other judges, but at the moment its only speculation, I just read about it in the Sun paper.

I read it was going to be next year - but Autumn? With the success in Holland & the US, I'd have expected they'd have wanted to start before then.

Hate how all the Americans claim it to be American tv show, while IT'S NOT. John de Mol (the brain behind Big Brother aswell) is the creator and was the producer in the Netherlands.

I really like all 4 remaining finalists. I think Vicci or Javier will win. Javier has got the best Voice imo so it kinda would make sense for him to win, Vicci is great too. Dia is very good but I think she will come last. But Beverley is probably my fave theres just something about her although I don't think she is the best vocally she definately has the stage presence.

 

I think it will end like this -

I'm American and don't call it an American show, in fact I spoiled myself and followed some of the Holland's version of it and was sorely disappointed that our talent was so lackluster compared to them. This alone $h!ts on anything the American version of the show had:

 

 

I usually hate P!nk songs, but she made me legitimately enjoy Sober for once... her voice is something else.

 

Anyways, I am glad Javier won against Dia even if neither of them are personal favs. of mine.

So Javier won. Dia 2nd.

Not really mad about Javier, I preferred the other three.

 

I'd rank them:

 

1. Dia

2. Vicci

3. Beverley

4. Javier

 

If Jeff had been there instead of Javier it would have been my perfect top four. Really loved Dia, Vicci and Beverley the whole way through.

The applications are open for the UK show and blind auditions infront of the judges are being filmed in January, so I reckon it will start around late Jan or early Feb.
