Rules:

1 Design one cover (Single or Album) per week, you have the option to change your cover as many times as you want as long it meets the closing deadline. And please edit your original cover.

 

2 The Cover Design should always be your own creation, and no one else's. All forms of cheating will result in removal from the Leaderboard.

 

3 New members are welcome to join anytime and any member of Buzzjack can vote not just the cover designers, in the voting thread once set up at the end of the week. You cannot vote for your own covers. And don't forget its a cover competition, you are voting for a cover not your favourite artist or for your favourite member.

 

4 A winner will be announced every four months and the Leaderboard will then be set back to zero.

 

5 The Cover Voting Thread will be posted after all covers are submitted, I will give an extension if needed at my own discretion. The voting thread will close on every Monday at 8pm (UK time), the winning cover will be revealed after the votes have been counted.

 

6 Any votes submitted after 8pm will not be counted, same goes for PM votes.

 

7 I will send one and only one reminder each Sunday Morning/Evening to Cover Designers that have not submitted votes during the voting period.

 

8 If you are not playing any more, please let me know if you wish your name to be removed from the Leaderboard.

 

9 Please let me know your change of Display Name, sometimes its hard to keep track of who's who.

I think I must have put week 16 of 16 last week by mistake, when it should've been 15. The current hall of fame only counts 15 wins so far this year, and I only have 15 weeks worth of votes saved on my computer.

This is definitely the sixteenth week according to the 'hall of fame'. Are we going to have a break after this? I think it would probably be a good idea, especially with the lacking amount of covers recently. I can't see a fortnight or even a month off being a bad thing.

Maybe a short break is needed in between rounds, And have shorter rounds of 12 instead of the usual 16. 16 seems to be a bit too much lately. It probably works better and it generates more members to take part in the next round. I leave it up to Jack.

Might go with 12 for the next set of rounds. Sometimes the amount of covers can depend on the releases. I'll probably have a break for two weeks, use that time to do a bit of advertising, try and get some new people involved, and be back in time for the 'Born This Way' album release unless there are any objections.

 

24 people have taken part in at least one of the 16 rounds - it would be great if we could get at least 13-15 a week, enough for everyone to give a top 10.
