I absolutely adore Ladytron right now... a band I find I can get completely on board with every time they release something & their best of really made me realise how consistent they have been over the years. :wub:

Still loving 'White Elephant'. Cannot wait for them to tour again. eeee.

Mirage is lovely, but not quite as good as White Elepehant or Ambulances.

SO VERY EXCITED

I am going to predict this to be one of the albums of the year. If everything else is up to the super high level of what we've heard so far it will be.

Whole record is pretty but a bit of a waste of time. I would have liked more musical development/evolution as opposed to just improving their artwork.

Helen Marnie is working on a solo album. Daniel Hunt is the producer. Hunt twitted:

 

"Just confirmed that I'll be producing Helen Marnie's solo album in August. We've chosen to record it in Iceland".

Making steady progress on Helen's album. In six weeks we relocate to Reykjavik for the final phase of recording.
