Was just about to make a thread about her! I'm seriously loving Asthma Attack right now :heart:

She's been around for years and I can't say I've ever been massively impressed with anything she's done, I haven't bothered to check out anything recently....

Then you need to she has come along way and her album is right up there with Adele and way way better than Jessie Js by a long shot-like them both.The name is not great but I doubt she will change it.

Same; someone recommended her to me ages ago and I just wasn't into it. However, I saw her last year supporting Marina and the diamonds and her set was pretty good. I'll probably check out this album.

The CAPS IN THE TITLE and the OMG SHE SHOULD BE HUGE mention put me off listening to her stuff right now.

Will check it out an other day.

LOVE HER. Been looking forward to this album for a few months now, I've been aware of her a while but it was only on hearing the more recent material that I really got into her. 'Asthma Attack' is by far my favorite and only of the highlights of the year so far personally. I've only heard bits and pieces of the album so far but I LOVE 'Yellow' especially so far.
Oh she's GREAT fun. Anyone who's judging off the basis of her old material should probably reappraise, she had a really big musical change of direction - she's got a very whimsical pop style now. MILES off from the likes of I'm Not Sorry...
I'm Not Sorry is better than her recent singles for sure imo :wub:

Asthma Attack is utterly amazing, super excited for the album.

 

 

She has so much potential but I am not sure she will ever get enough radio support and I have yet to see her booked to do any television promo.

Oh I have no doubt she's going to bellyflop, it's rather sad, but I've grown to accept that radio/the UK public don't go for this sort of thing very much at the moment.
Clean Apart was the $h!t, same with I'm Not Sorry... I may actually like those two songs a little more than some of the newer stuff I have heard from her. That being said though, even the new stuff has been good though.
Totally forgot the album's out tommorow! :o Might have to give it a quick listen!

'Yellow' is a brilliant choice for fourth single. Definatly one of my favourites.

 

Anyway, this is by far one of the best albums of this year so far. Close to being actual perfection.

 

In particular I'd like to pick out 'I Deserve It'. The track itself isnt a standout but the spoken bit at the end is pure AMAZINGNESS.
