To be honest, on looking out from our cosy seats the rain didn't even look all that heavy. It was only when you watched the big screens you realised how torrential it was. I must admit, I've got a lot of new-earned respect for the 5 of them. They didn't let their energy and effort drop all night and battled away with the singing and dancing for over 2 hours.

 

A lot of acts would have plonked themselves under a shelter and not moved all night. TT were splashing about from A Stage to B Stage and didn't alter the show in any way.

 

Robbie did add a good few weather related expletives to his repertoire though :lol:

 

 

Oh and tonight the sun is splitting the trees. Typical. :rolleyes:

Indeed. I'm exactly the same. I had one white wine and soda before going into Hampden and didn't have anything else to drink all night. The queues for the loos looked far too scary. :lol:

My friend and her husband are at Hampden tonight. Courtesy of my spare tickets. Wish I'd kept them now and gone again. <_<
