Great to see Rihanna and Jennifer Lopez both in the top 10 - expected them to peak top 20 at best; especially Rihanna (especially with a 4 x Platinum album, 2 Platinum singles and a Silver 'S&M' already gained from the 'Loud' era).

Wonder if 'Man Down' will do anything, chart wise?

Fergie raps quite a lot too. Although I'm not sure if she'd be called "a rapper".

Also I don't know if this counts, but Ke$ha can be seen as a female white rapper because of her spoken word phrases during her songs :P

Noooo... she's definitely pure pop singer.

White women don't need to sing rap, they're good without it :D

She more like talks than sings but I guess it's just opinion.

I believe rap won't do for her.

Think her best image is in "Blow" and this is definitely an image of pop-diva :cheer:

Btw, does anybody know if she releases anything in the nearest time?

Not that I know of, no.

A second album coming out soon i'm guessing..?

I think she tweeted that she was working with Dr Luke on a new track a few weeks ago, so expect more of the same...

Lady Sovereign.

I suppose she's the closest, but I was thinking in terms of Pixie Lott white. ;)

By definition she can't be a rapper - because I like her music... :w00t:

What's 'Pixie Lott white' and why is Lady Sovereign not it?

Yeah. What Ke$ha does is technically rapping. As in she recites rhyming lyrics in a rhythm over a beat. And she usually rhymes most of the lyrics, and throws cultural references (especially in Tik Tok), like a lot of proper rappers do.

She's not very urban though!
