Pitbull is the "I need a bit of cash, so can I PLEASE rap on your song" type rapper.

No, seriously though. If you've got a song with a club beat and you want a rapper on it, Pitbull is going to be the first person who comes to mind tbh, so I can see why he gets asked a lot. He's a clever guy really. He emerged in 2009, saw a niche he could fill, and was the first one to fill it in a major way, and now he's getting #1s. Good for him I guess.

 

Lyrically though, he's not the best. Probably among the worst in the mainstream. Almost as bad as Ke$ha! :lol: But then again, if you're rapping on a song that's designed to be played in a club, the lyrics just need to be an easy-to-learn type thing about partying and girls, which everybody can shout along to when they're jumping up and down and having fun.

 

He rhymes "Kodak" with "Kodak" in Give Me Everything though, which is a bit :nocheer:

Example isn't that bad! :lol: If you listen to Game Over (fantastic song btw), he's probably got one of the best raps on there imo. Professor Green's is my fave on that song though. :wub:

 

And Example is better at singing than most of the other UK rappers too. :lol:

Yeah. What Ke$ha does is technically rapping. As in she recites rhyming lyrics in a rhythm over a beat. And she usually rhymes most of the lyrics, and throws cultural references (especially in Tik Tok), like a lot of proper rappers do.

 

She's not very urban though! :lol:

Why are you so obsessed with how attractive a girl is in relation to how good the song is? If there's a song I like I couldn't give a $h!t if it were sung by people who looked like Susan Boyle and Eric Pickles. I'm not going to like a song (or be more forgiving to it) if they look like David Beckham and Rihanna!

She looks hot in the Blah Blah Blah video, but really no in the video to My First Kiss. The video to D**** Picture makes me appreciate Ke$ha for being the only girl who can dance on a toilet and look hot.
