February 5, 201213 yr Stylo was disqualified for the same reason as Viva La Vida/Paradise (and Pendulum's Salt In The Wounds which should have gone at least top 100). It's because you get the song instantly when pre-ordering the album on iTunes. I have no idea why this causes the song to be ineligible as you can still buy the song separately and I'm sure it would be possible to separate 'individual sales' and 'pre-order sales', but alas that's what the OCC's rules are. Stylo never did go top 200 so I assume that by the time the album was released it was just not selling enough to chart. I assume it would enter the chart at last if it ever starts selling enough again. is it the same in the US?
February 5, 201213 yr They count in the US until the album was released, so everybody who received "Paradise" from the pre-order offer, their sale was deducted from the weekly sale units of the track.
