June 28, 201114 yr Probably. Nadal and Federer probably have the toughest tests, although the other two certainly won't have it easy either. I'm going to be bold and say there won't be a straight set victory tomorrow.
June 28, 201114 yr Lisicki vs. Bartoli was one of the best women's matches I've seen in a long time - like RFC said, it had just about everything. The change in dynamic and atmosphere from the pounding rain on the Centre Court roof was hugely interesting to watch as well. I love Lisicki just because I'm in love with her - and indeed, the thunder reaction was hilarious, and Bartoli is absolutely brilliant. Such determination and willpower, and I absolutely adore the way that she bounces around her court and practices her swing multiple times between every point  I'd be happy for either Sharapova or Lisicki to win the semi, although I have to assume that it will be the former. Her return to form has been really impressive recently, I still remember taking a long break at work and watching her beat Serena in the final in 2004!
June 28, 201114 yr Sharapova's ease of passage through the past couple of rounds has made me realise that perhaps Laura Robson may actually have been a better player than I gave her credit for, she definitely seems to have caused Sharapova the most trouble so far. Oh and I'm right on board with the Lisicki loving, maybe not in the same way as you straight types but she is so lovely - I really hope she wins the whole thing.
June 28, 201114 yr Federer vs. Tsonga should be the best of the quarters, Tsonga is a really well-rounded player and will test Roger. Murray should be fine if he's in anything like the form he was against Gasquet...
June 29, 201114 yr Djokovic through but he was really tested by 18 year Tomic from Australia. Federer 2-1 in the 5th set against Tsonga after being broken. Good comeback from Tsonga but Federer will no doubt fight back.
June 29, 201114 yr 3 match points for Tsonga, can't see a way back now for Federer. It's sad i was hoping for him to equal Sampras. :( EDIT: He's done it :(
June 29, 201114 yr Drat. I don't want Murray to win because of his anti-English views but Federer out helps him immensely as would Nadal being beaten. :( Edited June 29, 201114 yr by Common Sense
June 29, 201114 yr What an epic comeback from Tsonga! I thought it was all over after the 2nd set, but a brilliant performance and an amazing win.
June 29, 201114 yr Drat. I don't want Murray to win because of his anti-English views but Federer out helps him immensely as would Nadal being beaten. :( Won't Nadal and Murray play each other in the next round if they both get view, in the semis? I don't think Murray will be able to beat him..

June 29, 201114 yr Really?! He says on numerous occasions that whenever England play football he wears the opposite teams shirt. Now that is a fairly standard Scottish view, but as I see it if that is his attitude why the fuck should I be expected to support him? Plus he's an arrogant so and so. Hate to agree with Chris but reallly cannot stand him.
June 29, 201114 yr Tsonga is a beast and a half. He was absolutely superb today, as good as Federer was a times Tsonga had an answer to everything.

Hate to agree with Chris but reallly cannot stand him. No he doesn't. He said it once as a joke that he supported whoever England play, 5 years ago. It's fine to hate him for being a prick because he is but he's said so many times that was a joke to a reporter who'd provoked him to say it.

Exactly i get so annoyed at people using that excuse to not support him when they base it on an false story. Aren't all top sports stars pricks anyway?
June 29, 201114 yr Drat. I don't want Murray to win because of his anti-English views but Federer out helps him immensely as would Nadal being beaten. :( If this is your point of view why do you always want England to lose at football? Why do you care either way?
