So the usual weekly bump for this. A new round is up!

So basically us Lounge Mods have dropped the ball somewhat (UNBELIEVABLE) and kind of forgot to line up a host for this week. APOLOGIES FROM ALL CONCERNED. So whilst Dandy is currently sorting that one out, here's a ropey filler round to tide things over in the meantime. As with my first edition, the selections are uninspired, the mixing is clunky / non-existant, and it makes for a jarring sequence at times but hey ho this was done at the last minute. HURRAH

 

 

You know the drill by now - there are 20 clips of various tracks that have troubled the charts to varying degrees in the past few decades. PM me with your guesses of what these tracks are. We need both the artist name and the song name, although half points will still be given if you only get one of these correct. You have until Thursday 20.00 to get your answers in, and I shall be commencing results shortly after.

 

As has now become the norm, there are bonus points up for grabs.

 

Below is a shortened sequence of 3 tracks; equally as clunky as those in the main round. Each of these three tracks are either album cuts or completely forgotten recordings from three of the artists who appear in the main round. I'm NOT looking for track names - what I want is for you to identify which of the original twenty artists are responsible for these three. Do not fear if you're unable to identify who all the 20 artists are, you are FINE to just post a number (e.g. Track 1 = Artist 14). One bonus point for each of the three tracks, so 23 points are up for grabs this week.

Hey everyone. I think you all know how it works by now but please try to participate in my round of Nevermind the Buzzjacks if you can.

You'll have to PM me with your answers for these 20 instrumentals with the name of the artist (+ featuring artist) and song.

The deadline is this Monday, May 14 at 6 pm.

Hi chart forum regulars. :D

 

Never Mind The Buzzjacks has returned to Buzzjack's Lounge Forum and I have been chosen to host this week's round. The theme this week is my personal favourite genre of music, electronic dance music! If your taste in music is more pop than dance don't be put off by that, if you're a fan of the UK top 40 and Radio 1 you should have heard most of these songs!

 

All you need to do is simply listen to the 20 instrumentals and PM me guessing what songs they are. Many of them are official UK Top 40 hit singles so you shouldn't find it too challenging :dance:

 

Follow the link to find the rules and the instrumentals. ;) PM me the answers by next Thursday 11:59 pm. Results will be in the Lounge on Friday.

 

So far only 4 people have sent me their votes, and many people are sitting out because of their lack of knowledge of fabulous dance hits! So if you haven't already, VOTE! You may impress yourself with how many songs you can recognize!
