Argentina are like England. Great team of indiviudal players, but they find it hard to gel. Uruguay will p*** this.

I'm guessing the home crowd aren't very happy

 

Seriously think Uruguay will win this now. I doubt Brazil will as their team seem to be relatively young/inexperienced with the likes of Neymar

Costa Rica beat Bolivia and now is the surprising leader of Group A.

Argentina finally win a match.. 3 - 0 and both they and Colombia are through to the Quarter Finals

Looking at how this tournament has gone so far.. I'll probably be completely wrong

:lol: and I'm already completely wrong.. Argentina who I thought would win have now been knocked out

Brazil is out and Venezuela is through!

Uruguay have this in the bag now surely. Peru are on an incredible run too, especially if you consider how they did in the 2010 WC Qualifiers!

This is why England are ranked 4th in the world.

Luis Suarez is going to be the Cristiano Ronaldo of the Premier League next season. The guy is a genius. £23m looks an absolute steal.

Paraguay beats Venezuela on the shootouts.

 

So the final is going to be the battle of the "Guays".

Perou beats Venezuela 4-1 to clinch third place.

Uruguay currently winning 2-0 with 20 minutes to go.

I've not actually seen any of it but I'm pleased Uruguay are winning. Paraguay drew all three group games and drew the QF and SF 0-0 winning both on penalties.

Can't wait to have him back fit and ready for next season now ! We may have overspent with Carroll, Henderson etc.., but we definately didn't with Suarez !
