Going on Friday, less than a week now

 

Have been trying to call them, it rings for ages, then I get a recorded message about MK saying tickets are being despatched and you should use the tracking number for tickets, (which is all very good if you have a despatch e mail) so I wait until the end of the message to get through to an operator and then it just cuts off :arrr: :cry:

 

So I tried the other way and e mailed them and got an automated response saying tickets will be despatched 4 weeks prior to the concert :cry:

Yikes. :cry:

Hopefully Monday. :unsure:

 

There really is no excuse for these delays. :angry:

Sparkle, you probably read this already but it says on the Official Site that they 'have been told' :rolleyes: all MK tix have now been despatched. And if you haven't received them by Tuesday you have to phone

Have finally got through to speak to someone, so guess that's the secret, you have to phone at 12.20 of a night time :wacko:

 

The woman said that all MK tickets have been despatched and all tickets should arrive at addresses by 1pm Wednesday. They are not sending out despatch e mails anymore because their systems havent been updated yet. So I told her that doesnt help me because how can I track tickets. I also moaned that I couldnt get through all day to talk to someone, what happens if I dont receive tickets by wednesday and I cant get through to someone on the bloody phone. arrrrrrrghhhhhh she assured me that there will be someone there to answer calls if that happens, yeah right ;) Hopefully I wont be in that situation.

I'm sure everything will be ok Sparkle. You got earlier E-Mails from the IS telling you about your tickets so they obviously do have your details. They need to be signed for though. Is there somebody available to sign for them? :unsure:
