When was your despatch E-Mail dated Sparkle? And is there a Tracking Number you can now check? :unsure:

I phoned customer services yesterday morning again, they said tickets posted and gave me a despatch number to trace but it wasnt showing online, royal mail note said come back later.

Just traced it again today after I got the e mail and the message is still the same :unsure:

 

I think I need to go and work for royal mail and Robbie.com and show then how to do efficient admin :arrr:

I reckon they've only been sent out today then Sparkle. They are coming by Royal Mail Special Delivery so should be there tomorrow. ^_^
