My elbow is poorly :( didn't get much work done today. Waaaah!

My back is poorly! I banged it on the corner of a table yesterday, hurts soooo bad today, got it right at the bottom too. So I've not been able to do my ironing when I got in today :heehee:

Tell me about it, I'm half way to 50 in a couple of weeks :o as my mummy dearest keeps pointing out :P

I wish i was still flexy, like the man in my siggy :lol: I have no excuse, he is 41.

My dad is 52 this year, and without sounding mean, hes not the fittest of men :lol: and this summer he is doing a 100 mile bike ride :o I feel like such a loser, I get worn out after 10 minutes on the exercise bike :lol:

 

19 has to be the best age. I still feel like I'm 19 in my head. You're no longer a baby adult at 18, but you're still a teenager! I wish I was 19 again :)

Your Dad is younger than my Dad :o

Good luck to him with his bike ride. I aint been on one for YEARS, not much riding in my life.

Hope the bike ride goes well for your dad, Laur. I will be halfway to 70 on Sunday, no doubt a certain cheeky younger brother of mine will be swift to point that out as well as the fact that I am further over the hill than he is. :heehee:
