I think it won both the jury and the televote - but I'm not 100%. The main thing is that LLL won :cheer:

Yeah, the jury and the public's votes were identical. La La Love - 1st, You Don't Belong Here - 2nd and Call The Police - 3rd.

I've just read some of Call The Police's lyrics:

Stop, hands up, spread your legs and freeze

I just need a second to breathe

I am getting in too deep

La La Love was the best out of 3 songs. After a very long time, Cyprus is one of my favourites for now.

Here are 2 short a cappella performances by Ivi of La La Love and Someone Like You (Adele). It shows she can sing well indeed! :D

Also just found this performance which is great!! I think she's singing with playback though :P It shows she can perform really well though! :D

The new video clip for La La Love will be released within the next few days! :D

From Ivi's Facebook page:

Tomorrow guest star @ Bulgarian National Final & in few days coming the new official video clip of "La la love" by Apollon Papatheoharis!!!!! Stay tuned... ;)

Here is a live performance of La La Love from Ivi's concert in Ayia Napa!

Seems pretty good to me! :D

Yes...world class...

I know it's not brilliant, but better than expected! :)

Also, here's a piano version of La La Love:

Ivi finally performed with dancers and full-on choreography at the Greek NF on Monday! I'm loving it! :D

A sign of the stage presentation in Baku?

Arwen have some days off from Middle-earth and jump in as Snow White.

Beautiful Ivi Adamou does rather average and predictable singing of a pretty good song.

It's a very simple clean production without any tricks.

I find it boring but if she keep the beautiful Arwen style, she can be dangerous.

This has just been posted on ESC Forum (on April 2nd - so is not an April Fool)

Now that we have some information clear; the news coming out of Cyprus tonight is unfortunately true. Unfortunately their participation in Eurovision 2012 at the moment is in some doubt as it has been reported by local media that RIK's funding was not approved by the Cypriot parliament. Additionally the Cypriot Head of Delegation has confirmed she is "afraid that we (CyBC) will cancel our eurovision entry". We will keep you updated as this story unfolds. We expect a resolution by the end of this week.

:banghead: This better just be gossip and not actually true! :o

Really really hope it's not true :(

Cyprus' participation in Eurovision 2012 would surely not have gone unnoticed by their parliament until now. If the funding hadn't have been approved, then this would have been dealt with months back, especially considering how early on Ivi was announced as their entrant. I hope that this is a joke from yesterday that somebody's stumbled across today and believed to be true.

If this does turn out to be true, then I hope the broadcaster has sufficient enough funds to pay the fine for withdrawing (which probably amounts to the cost of entering in the first place :kink:)

Yeah, sounds like a late April Fools joke.
Turns out its not - Ivi's confirmed the situation on her Facebook and Twitter but says she thinks 'all will be well' and that she will keep us updated :)
I'm sure they'll end up participating. I seriously hope so anyway, I love 'La La Love'! Might give her a bit of extra promo anyway!
Surely her label (Sony Music, who aren't exactly short of cash) will provide the funding anyway if the parliament refuses? The label will almost certainly make a lot more from her Eurovision exposure than what the cost of entering her will be.
A Cypriot poster on ESC Forum has said that 'Everything is now OK'! I hope it's true and Ivi will definitely be going to Baku!
Ivi retweeted my good luck tweet to her!! :cheer:
