Commentary : After being held for 3 weeks at the runners up position "Casi casi" (almost, almost) finally claims top spot and ends the 4 week reign of Play and Win. However despite Romanian productions from Play and Win, Fly Project and Ella Rose all dropping this week, all three new entries are Romanian. Smiley was in my top 10 earlier in the year with "Love is for Free" and returns with "Dream Girl" at 18. Mattyas was number one this year with "Missing you" and was previously in my top ten with "Secret Love". His new song "Mi Amor" enters at 19. Finally at 20 are Deepside Deejays' "Never be alone" which was number one in Russia a couple of months back.
