October 11, 201113 yr Author The same people who got Madonna to perform in Israel after 16 years is in talks with her people to start to the tour there in April!!!. This is kinda scary if that's true there will be hardly any time for album promotion.
October 13, 201113 yr Author The rumoured UK date(s) is July 3rd with 4th and 6th at the emirates stadium. That seems a little strange to have Madonna perform at a football club isn't it arsenal's ground?. A rumoured list has leaked or been a fan doing it stating the tour will start on March 31st in New Zealand and finish on August 10th in Miami. I hope that Madonna does tour australia this time round!.
October 13, 201113 yr Author she doesnt need any more money lol She clearly won't need anymore money but Live Nation will want there 120 Million back.
October 30, 201113 yr Author Rumour: The Sun, Madonna is planning to play in front of a huge crowd in London next summer, performing to 60,000 fans in Hyde Park during the 2012 Olympics. The official site for the games - running in the UK capital from July 27 to August 12, 2012 - describes Hyde Park ad the "home to the music, theatre, film and cultural events that will take place throughout the summer of 2012"

November 21, 201113 yr Author Monte Pittman on Madonna and Touring You started out teaching guitar to Guy Ritchie and consequently Madonna as well. Soon after, you appeared with her on Letterman and joined her band. This was only about 10 years ago and things have been flying for you since then. Have you taken the opportunity to reflect on the wild twists and turns in your journey to this point, or are you a ‘head down and keep pushing forward’ kind of person? I just keep looking forward. The 11 year mark of the Letterman performance just passed and its hard to believe how fast the time has gone by. You have been Madonna’s live guitarist and a co-writer since 2001. Please elaborate on your experience touring and writing with a breakthrough artist like Madonna. It’s the best job in the world. There can be as many as 200 people on tour with you. You usually don’t get to meet them all. We all become a close family on the road and have a great time in each others company. You can see that in the performances. What’s involved with Madonna’s live performance? A lot of rehearsing. A lot of hard work. A lot of dedication. Pushing yourself way past what you think are your limits. Madonna, the band, the dancers, the crew all become one and we reflect that energy back and forth from the audience. It’s very exciting.
November 24, 201113 yr Author Rumour: Madonna playing Hyde Park on July 11 Today's London Evening Standard reports about the three million people that will be treated to music acts and live televised Olympic action in free open-air festivals during the Games, with Hyde Park, Trafalgar Square and Victoria Park in Bow designated to host events. *tickets are due to go on sale early next month.
November 27, 201113 yr Author Madonna is featured in RollingStone.com's "Tour Preview: Why 2012 Is Shaping Up to Be a Monster Year" story - their guide to the biggest (likely) tours of 2012. ?Madonna Her new single recently leaked and she's rumored to be performing at halftime during this year's Super Bowl so there's no doubt that the Madonna machine is gearing up for a big 2012. She stayed off the road for most of the 1990s, but in 2001 she came back strong with the Drowned World Tour. She followed it up with even bigger tours in 2004 and 2008/09. While it's impossible to say for sure, if she does perform at halftime, expect her to put the tour onsale the following morning. Tom Petty and Bruce Springsteen saw big success with the same trick. Likelihood: 90 percent. In 2007, Live Nation made a $120 million deal with Madonna. They aren't paying for her to sit home and not tour, especially when supporting a new album. A fake itinerary hit the web a few weeks ago showing Madonna at stadiums in America, but expect to see her at arenas. Also, expect to pay a small fortune for tickets. From RollingStone.com
November 27, 201113 yr Author Open-air festivals for those without tickets to enjoy Games A brief mention of the Madonna Hyde Park concert in July 2012 is featured in this article from www.thisislondon.co.uk/standard-olympics: Three million people will be treated to music acts and live televised Olympic action in free open-air festivals during the Games. Hyde Park, Trafalgar Square and Victoria Park in Bow will host events which are intended to recreate the excitement of the Olympics for those who missed out on tickets. The 14 days of free 'London Live' events will be book-ended by two paid-for 80,000-capacity concerts in Hyde Park on the nights of the opening and closing ceremonies. Organiser Live Nation hopes to line up superstars for the concerts but will not sign up acts until shortly before tickets go on sale next year. Hyde Park will be in the thick of the Olympic action next summer as it hosts the Olympic torch on July 26, the night before the opening ceremony. Separately, Madonna will play a one-off show in Hyde Park on July 11 and Bruce Springsteen will headline Hard Rock Calling at the same location three days later.
