Can't believe there's no thread for this amazing song. It sounds a lot like 2006 where all dance songs had large samples. It's a top ten hit in Netherlands atm but nowhere else. What do you guys think of it? With the song being released 18th September could it be a small hit here?

 

I like it a lot, I don't love it, but I agree that it's nicely old-school. The sample is Brenda Russell - Piano In The Dark btw. I could see it scraping top 40 but it would be huge if Radio 1 played it.

I pointed this out in the sub-heading :P I wish R1 would playlist it but they never playlist international dance songs unless they're sure it's gonna be a hit (the fact they are ignoring Duck Sauce yet they were massive last year says it all) :(

I don't see it as huge to be honest. It's a nice song but nothing more... A lot bigger dance songs missed the top-40, which is a huge shame. Dance genre is very underrated, and we're talking about UK!

Same I don't expect it to go T40 but I still love it :heart: It's very hard to get a big hit in the UK if you're a european dance producer/artist and it's been that way sadly for years :(

I've heard this a lot on the radio, both on Radio 1 and Capital, so I think it will go top 40.
