Huffington Post reports her being 5 months pregnant and that she broke a Twitter record. She received 8,868 tweets per second at 10:35 p.m. on Sunday, which is the most tweets per second (TPS) ever recorded for a a single event.

If she's 5 months pregnant (which would certainly make sense considering her size), I can see why she's so relieved to have it all out in the open.

And backstage, the first-time parents-to-be were just as pumped up. With adjacent dressing rooms (Jay-Z, 41, shared his with pal and Watch the Throne partner Kanye West), "Jay was doting on her the whole time", a witness tells US Weekly.

 

And the rapper-mogul (real name: Shawn Carter) even cat-called his wife of three years! Says the backstage source: "He yelled, 'Mmm hmmm, Who's that sexy lady walking down here?' playing like he was flirting with her. It was so cute."

 

The "Empire State of Mind" MC was also mindful of his love's condition. "He was really taking care of her, asking her how she feels and helping her walk", the source says. "It was so sweet to see him like that."

 

Also taking care? Beyoncé's mom, Tina Knowles. "She was on top of EVERYTHING - getting Beyoncé everything she needed... Between Jay and her mom, she was totally taken care of. Her mom was getting her everything she needed."

 

The superstar couple's famous friends got in on the baby joy, too.

 

"Kanye looked like the proud uncle!" adds the witness. And Beyoncé's "Telephone" duet partner Lady Gaga (dressed in male drag as "Jo Calderone") made frequent visits to the dressing room as well. "She kept coming over to rub Beyoncé's belly and say hello", the witness explains, "And the security guards thought she was a guy at first and wouldn't let her back! It was really funny."

Ever since Beyoncé announced that she was pregnant, it seems the country has Beyoncé fever. Within the hour of their announcement at the 2011 MTV VMAs, she and Jay-Z’s big news broke twitter records. Celebrities and fans alike poured in congrats over twitter. Now, it’s being reported that the happy couple is being inundated with baby gifts!

 

The Winnipeg Free Press reports, “Her phone hasn’t stopped ringing. She’s received dozens of bouquets of flowers, teddy bears, fruit baskets, you name it.” Presents have come in from Rihanna, Oprah Winfrey, Kelly Rowland, and Michelle Williams. Certainly some of those presents are from close friends and colleagues, but many are probably from fans who want to share in the excitement. Indeed, people everywhere seem to be thrilled for Beyoncé, pregnant at 29.

Solange Knowles: Beyoncé Knows Baby's Gender

 

Solange Knowles says she's a proud auntie already, even though Beyoncé and Jay-Z's baby hasn't arrived yet. And the parents know the baby's gender and have started thinking of names.

 

At a New York Fashion Week party at Denise Rich's penthouse overlooking Central Park, Solange said she's known about Beyoncé's pregnancy for awhile. "I certainly didn't find out the way you guys did", she said, referring to Beyoncé's baby-bump display at the MTV Video Music Awards last month.

 

Solange dressed in a yellow Thakoon dress and Fendi shoes — said the couple already knows the baby's gender, and has been choosing a name, but both are being kept under wraps for now. Solange, herself a mother, just relocated to Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn, from Los Angeles, and sent her son to first grade this past week. She's also working on a new record.

Beyoncé Knowles thinks Jay-Z will be an "inspirational" father.

 

The couple — who have been married for three years — are expecting their first child together and the "Halo" hitmaker believes her spouse will have the same effect on their baby that he does on other people.

 

"Of course he will be a good father. His music has inspired millions of people over the last two decades, but he inspires the people around him on a more personal level too," she said.

 

"He's an inspirational artist, friend and husband and his next step is to be an inspirational father. He's everything you could ask for in a husband and friend."

 

Beyoncé believes the key to her successful marriage is "sacrifice" and learning not to be selfish.

 

"It doesn't matter who you are, what you do or where you are from, your marriage will you both put effort into it and make sacrifices," she said. "Before you're married, you can be selfish because you have nobody to answer to, but when you're both married you both find things have to change. Marriage is great because, if it's managed in the right way, it will make you a more complete person. Beyoncé's hubby made a surprise appearance at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show last night and of course, the diva and her baby bump showed up to support her man!

 

Kanye West brought Jay-Z out to perform a hit off their Watch the Throne album and the diva whose belly seems to be growing bigger and bigger danced along with the audience. Cheering the dynamic duo on and bopping from side to side, the "Run the World (Girls)" singer wore a flowing white kaftan dress with her hair in loose curls.

 

In other King Bey news, the mommy-to-be told Britain's Closer magazine about her strange cravings, saying: "I don't know if you'd call it weird, but I'm having ketchup with everything... I mean, I liked it before I was pregnant, but I now literally won't eat anything without it."
