Oh. I thought there was something about download sales from the week before release being added to the physical sales the following week. But I guess they would then be counted twice.

Where is JT in this week's chart? How many downloads did he have?

You could be right

JT got to #14 with over 10k downloads <_<

Oh. And what about that Eminem duet man?
Robbie is more of a physical seller though, rather then a download seller so i am still hopefully for top 5. Even better top 3 but definatly behind Akon and JT sadly :(

Which means Christina's 'Hurt' will have to settle for #4 at best! :o So many big releases in one week -_-

I think it's just that downloads the week before the physical release can count for the Top 40 Chart that particular week. The sales aren't carried forward to the week of phsical release.

So really we are all equal again next week.

Hopefully all fans of JT and the Eminem duet man will have decided to download and won't go out and buy a CD.

Maybe all the Robbie fans will want that sexy DVD and go out and buy it.  :( Maybe.

Anybody buy it? I want to hear impressions...

Christina Aguilera's new one is out this week as well ? I'll say no more <_<

To be honest, I'm sort of glad Lovelight charted on downloads at all. Of course I'm not happy with Akon and JT being ahead but it's not like it's a big surprise. -_-

If you're in the UK, get as many RW fans as you know to buy the single or download it.

Em, wait a minute- isn't that EMI's job ... ?

I know. I would love to meet whoever is in charge of EMI. They should be sacked

But it's nothing new is it?

Tecnically Robbie should be top 5 in front of Xtina considering he was higher on downloads and is more of a phyical seller. Fingers crossed ^_^

Bloody US R'n'B $h!t taking over the chart really annoys me. Would the British public wake up :arrr:

I've just had a terrifying thought. Could it be that TT will beat Rob in this week's chart on downloads only ?

They will go to no. 1 the following week anyway, the press will already be gloating enough about their single bing no. 1 and Rob's not, but TT being ahead of Rob based on downloads would just be TOO much

 :puke2:

If anyone on here is considering downloading the single, could they please wait until next week -

for Rob, please...

You could be right Monsoon :(

There is even the possibility it could go to #1 on downloads alone but I don't think most of their fans are the downloading type but could be wrong

I honestly have never in my life seen any music act promoting themselves as much as TT  They are absolutelly EVERYWHERE -_-

Brilliant. The complete opposite of Rob's promotion then which is almost non-existent.

I've had it up to here. :arrr: Does anyone have an email adress of either Rob's management or EMI (UK - bcause they seem to be doing the worst job of all) where one could write to complain ? I suppose it won't have much of an effect (unless maybe hundreds do the same) but maybe it would make me feel a bit better.

They are everywhere, even on Strictly Come Dancing next week, and I don't see a problem with that. Theyve had 10 years worth to catch up on afterall.

If TT do go ahead of Rob in downloads and sales with Patience it will be due to their good promotion and a brilliantly supportive fanbase, and unfortunately Rob seems to have neither at the moment.

You are try to say that Rob don't have supportive fanbase in the moment? <_<

:nono:

It's true though :(

Well in the UK anyway, his fans will happily go in their droves to his gigs but sales of Rudebox in the UK prove that not enough of his fans are willing to support him just because it sounds different

As far a singles go, I doubt Robbie will ever have another #1 hit in the UK cause his fanbase don't buy singles these days :(

My copies from Amazon haven't been dispatched yet. And it isn't even showing 'dispatching soon'. Hope they piggin' well still count towards this weeks chart. :arrr:

May need to do some downloading later in the week. <_<

::: does little jig :::

Mine has been dispatched!!

(sorry jup, heh!)

:o

Wonder if it's my Ultimate Boyband album that's out of stock and delaying my Lovelights? :arrr:

My Lovelights still haven't been dispatched. :(

Maybe Amazon have run out of them?
