I'm sure it will manage to climb top 30 this week hopefully! Although UkAirplay seems to show it dropping on radio airplay!

75-50 for 'WAU' on radio. ^_^

Oh that's better news! Hopefully it manages to climb top 40 at least this week on Radio and manages to remain top 15 on TV airplay!

#49? Is that the chart position for the week it was B-listed or not?

 

Anyway, B-list or C-list, it just proves what I was saying. Radio 1 is adding them on their playlists, but barely play the track.

This is for the C-list. Only climbing to 49 is really poor, It really needs to go top 30 this week. I love the girls logic, instead of going to America last month again to help the show/what about us, there going back to America when there struggling in the UK.

 

This is how I see it :

 

#75-#50-#49 - #43 (B-listed) - #40 (second week at B-list) - #31 (A-listed, but barely played. this is the release week) - #87 (it has been released, why keeping playing it now? say the radios) - out (third week, it has peaked, now goodbye The Saturdays).

 

And the same "Ugh, why do they fall so quickly on the charts" bullshit will keep going. :( -_-

I don't feel positive about What About Us going to number one at all now. I've not really heard it on Capital etc, The Saturdays really should be attempting to do as much promotion from wednesday until they go to America and promote immediatly when they come back.

- Ant & Dec/AlanCarr/Jonathan Ross.

- Comic Relief (I could see them performing on Comic Relief as they seem to be doing quite a bit for them)

2. 24/02/13 - #50 [724 plays | 17437 audience]

3. 03/03/13 - #49 [860 plays | 19150 audience]

They still have a chance. I've heard it on Capital and Kiss today.

 

It's up to #82 in albums now.

 

I think their airplay is fine, it's only so low because Radio 1 haven't supported it as much as they have their other tracks. I still think it's hitting more of their target audience being playlisted on Capital/Kiss etc...Despite not getting as much exposure.

It should be a lot higher as it climbs as well (since that's a rolling chart). I imagine they'll be up to at least #32ish this week. Also UK airplay got it wrong last week placing them at 50something instead of the 'official' #49.

The TV airplay for WAU is very nice for the moment. With All Fired Up, their best one in a couple of years. Hopefully it will climb more with the release.

Wow, I'm glad I was wrong about the radio airplay! :cheer:

 

Hopefully this is how it's gonna be : Radio Airplay: 75-50-49-24 - 14 (on Sunday, well Monday since that's when we got the charts) - 8 (a #8 peak at the end of the release week, that's decent and a lot better than their previous singles).

So another week A List should ensure it climbs a bit plus there are a few radio promo events next week. I really want it to go top ten on airplay. Obviously going #1 would give it a further boost.
