The Fame Monster was classified as an album but then got reclassified into an EP only for some reason...

Is this really news? You'd have to be daft not to expect an album at the end of the year. They aren't going to skip those holiday sales again.

I think we'll see a 'Fame' style release. Lead single in Autumn/Winter, second single in 2013 followed by album!

I don't think she ever STOPS recording. It's worth remembering that Popjustice heard an early demo of Born This Way a year before it was released. She doesn't seem to do things like other popstars.

I hope she doesn't try to play it safe with the next album by releasing rehashes of You & I and The Edge of Glory. I want and album of songs like Heavy Metal Lover and Scheiße so that she actually has to release some.

Coldplay's Twitter account retweeted that Gaga tweet, and loads of people are guessing that they are collaborating on this album! I wouldn't have thought of Gaga and Coldplay collaborating, but it would be exciting! :o

I wasn't expecting a collaboration with Coldplay, but if its true I'm looking forward to hearing it! She said her next collab would be with Elton John, which doesn't excite me as much as the rumoured Coldplay one. Wasn't there confirmation late last year that she'd also worked with Nicki Minaj on a track? Or was it just a rumour? Whatever it was it better be true.

I think that was just a rumour, but I thought it was for Nicki's album, which has turned out not to be true. :(

I hope the next album is not as dark, and has a bit more MINDLESS pop music. She is good at that (Pokerface/Bad Romance/Summerboy/Telephone... 90% of 'The Fame').

Fully support this bar Summerboy which is dreadful for me :puke2: . If she puts out another good album like The Fame and Monster then I'll be ready to jam to it. :yahoo:

How much did her last album sell?

My prediction for the next album is that it will get much darker.

 

I really think Gaga is giving hints about her next album with her recent tweets. I expect death and murder; the opposite to Born This Way. The Fame went dark with The Fame Monster and I predict Born This Way is heading the same way.

 

If this is the case, Marry The Night as the final single would make perfect sense (marrying the darkness)

 

I also think Kill The Bitch will be a future single name :kink:

Please. Any album with 'Hair' or 'Born This Way' isn't dark enough.

Born This Way is incredibly uplifting imo. I just feel so elated listening to it.
