good god, i know this programme was always whack-a-doodle but how on earth can this sustain itself for a 20-something episode run? it's all brash light and never any shade. it's very easy to watch but it makes me feel really weird increasingly idk.

I was cheering her to JUMP in episode 2, useless bint. She was always rubbish, but she's just turned into a total waste of oxygen since season 1.

 

I was LIVING FOR Victoria at the end looking right at Emily with the ''what you gonna do now BITCH'' smug smile. God I love seeing her on top, even if I have a very strong feeling she will either kill David (and go to jail, thus completing/justifying the revenge) or be killed by David (thus Emily being kind of free) before the end of the series.

I KNEW she'd get let out - mild psychosis is NOTHING! Weekend away, couple weeks, tops.

 

But 20 more episodes? Really?

 

How much more can there be to tell?

I'm so lost as to who wants revenge and who wants who dead but OH MY GOD I FECKING HATE CHARLOTTE. She better turn up dead in the next episode.

Once I say that creepy guy with her all I could think was PLEASE GOD END HER LIFE. The judge would probably let him off too, extenuating circumstances and all that.

I also want Alittletoosureofhimself cop to leave too, not so fussed if he's dead, but skulking round the locker room just to chat to your co-officer is probably a sign of a not so healthy mind so whatevs.

A little surprised that Emily has revealed her true identity to David this early on in the season, but she had clearly reached breaking point in this episode. Makes me wonder where this is going!

I really need to catch up soon, I haven't watched any of Season 4. I'll hopefully binge-watch the first half before Christmas.

This season has been brilliant imo. Loved the reveal and glad they didn't drag it out. Also, Charlotte is gone for good according to the actress that plays her.

Revenge has been somewhat good for not dragging out their storylines, like who shot Daniel in Season 1 (tho it wasn't actually Daniel). They could have built that up to be a season finale, but didn't.

 

 

However, this show is becoming "who's Revenge is it anyways".

Emily wants Revenge for her father.

David will want Revenge for being framed, will probably go after Victoria at some point.

Victoria will want revenge from Emily.

Louise will want revenge from Victoria disowning her.

 

It's one big Revenge clusterf***.

 

Much as I love this show, expecting us to believe a tracking bug can be made from a dissolvable powder? Really?

 

Also, someone dies in the next episode and I really hope it's Margaux. Such a useless character.

 

Just caught up with this in time for the mid-season finale. I forgot how soapy it was!

 

If it's the last season it'd be great if Charlotte were killed and Emily, David & Victoria spent the rest of the season working together to avenge her and then for the series finale have the ultimate Emily vs Victoria showdown where David & Daniel end up dying so they realise what Revenge has done to them and leave it at that.

 

But, yeah, it'll most likely be Louise.

I expect Louise too, or Jack's cop buddy who should never have existed, or FBI double agent, certainly not someone of any real consequence anyway.

Jack's partner cop is great eye candy! Although I do agree most of the time very annoying.

 

Charlotte's gone for good anyway hasn't she?

 

I'd think it a bit of a shame if it's Louise, she hasn't yet revealed what she's capable of in terms of getting one over on the people who have wronged her, although thus far she has been entirely pointless and her accent is grating.

Yeah the actress has said Charlotte won't be back, much to the relief of everyone. Although who knows given the producers must be laying plans for the series finale at this point.
