February 11, 201213 yr That was alright, I think it would have been better suited to someone with a bit of STAR POWER though.
February 11, 201213 yr That was alright, I think it would have been better suited to someone with a bit of STAR POWER though. I'm inclined to agree although this could be something of a launchpad for him. Star of the future? Generic but of the very best kind so I can get on board with it. Puts Troublemaker to shame at least.
February 11, 201213 yr I actually think Mimi Oh will benefit from the vibe David Lindgren set on stage. I feel like giving her album a spin now and go out and party!
February 11, 201213 yr Ulrik Munther - 'Soldiers' // Fair play to the guy, he sung that really well. I like the song in a very Ryan Tedder sort of way, and I wouldn't have a problem will that qualifying like it obviously will at all. Great start. 7.5/10 Top Cats - 'Baby Doll' // I was one of the few last year who actually liked 'The King' - and shamefully, I'll admit, I have a soft spot for this aswell. I hate the appearance of these type of the bands, because they always look so... obvious, with the quiffs and leather jackets. Anyway. 7.5/10 Sonja Alden - 'I din himmel' // A very elegantly done ballad, but I don't really think it's gonna leave much of an impact on me. She sung it very well though. 7/10 Andreas Lundstedt - 'Aldrig aldrig' // There's a good song there somewhere, but it's kind of hiding away. I think vocally, that was quite disappointed. Slightly saved by THE STRINGS, OH THE STRINGS~. 6.5/10 Timoteij - 'Stormande Hav' // Oh, DEFINITELY the best song of the night so far. Not as good as 'Kom', and I never heard 'Het', but this is very good - another good melody in the instrumental bits they play. And, my, some of them do look incredibly hot. Especially the one wearing Pixie-esque pants. 9/10 David Lindgren - 'Shout It Out' // Doesn't surprise me in the slightest that this was written for Danny - it's got Danny written all over it. Which may explain why I love it - DTG ALL THE f***IN WAY. 9.5/10 Mimi Oh - 'Det går för långsamt' // I really enjoyed that. The sort of song that doesn't stand a chance at all of making it through - but it was very enjoyable, and had a very.. fun chorus. 8/10
February 11, 201213 yr Sounded like a grower, I heard a melody in there at least which is always promising on first listen!

The crowd reaction says he'll probably go AC though. The song was pretty good, but it felt like, with the whole staging, it should've felt more epic than it was. 6.5/10
February 11, 201213 yr That was really quite crap, the song in the hands of someone else might have been alright but as is its a 4/10 from me.
February 11, 201213 yr This is clearly 8th Andreas 7th Mimi Oh 6th Top Cats The rest of the 5 could all qualify, David Lindgren is CLEARY gonna smash it as the top voted track.
