Tonight more popular on the radio than Unbreakable! Not that it's by much though. I always thought the Tonight/Miss You Nights double-A side was one of their more flash-in-the-pan releases (although nothing beats the hilarity of Bop Bop Baby in that respect, of course, although that seems to be at least remembered by people who followed the charts at the time for how abysmal it is) so I'm surprised it beat a fairly successful #1 for them.

Eugh, Toploader :puke2: Horrible band. This should be their only appearance though? Thank God the cut-off for this is after the main airplay success of Dancing In The Moonlight otherwise it would be ridiculously high no doubt giving how ubiquitous it was on the radio at the time - not to mention when you turned on the TV that bloody Sainsbury's ad was on seemingly EVERY damn break . TRULY one of the worst songs ever [/ranting]

Dancing in the moonlight is on 8,007 plays and would have been 1064 in the countdown.

Two of the most overrated song ever made. Absolutely atrocious. I seriously wonder why people would like this garbage but each to their own n all that~

The three singles from that album are the only Britney singles I'd ever choose to listen to. A few of her earlier ones (Toxic, Everytime) weren't bad but I wouldn't say I liked them. The trio of Gimme More/Piece of Me/Break The Ice though is rather wonderful, the latter two especially.

One I'm surprised is so low is the Oooh La, the Kooks were ridiculously exposed with that album, I expect both Naive and She Moves In Her Own Way to be comfortably top 250/100 respectively though.

'Gimme More' is just about bordering listenable but 'Piece Of Me' is literally offensive to my ears. I don't recall ever hearing Break The Ice and based on those two I'd rather not remedy that any time soon.

Britney's best song for me is 'Womanizer'.
