Commentary ; Whilst there is no change in the top 3 this week with the Brazilian pairing of Paula Fernades and Victor & Leo hanging on for a third week at the top, Bruno Mars climbs from 13 to 5 with "It will rain"

and one place behind is the highest new entry of the year to date. It comes from perhaps the most popular Nigerian singer D'banj who was in my chart in 2009 with "Fall in Love". His latest track "Oliver Twist" is a catchy dance track and has spawned various Youtube videos as a result of a competition by the record company. The only other new entry this week is from Chisu who recently was number one in Finland with "Sabotage".
