April 11, 200619 yr Author Over 30 million, closing in on 40, which makes her the biggest selling latin female of all time :D The sales above arent complete, some are estimates e.g OF2 has sold more than 1.5 worldwide and Grandes Exitos has sold way more than 200K worldwide.
