That was so sad. I actually had tears coming to my eyes.

:hugs David:

I know it was so sad. I had tears in my eyes as well. Why they have to kill of the baby? That's so cruel of Emmerdale to do that!!!

I have just had to convince myself it is not real

when the baby was born there was a moment when they 'almost' gave the babies to the wrong parents ...... and now that other set of parents are still in the show ........... do you think we will soon find out that the babies had been mixed up and it is actually Arthur that died

Did they? :o I only watch 'Emmerdale' on and off, so I don't recall that. I hope not though! One baby swapping storyline is enough!

Which one is Arthur?? I don't know if Emmerdale could do that story. It would be very painful and sad to watch.

'Emmerdale' are excellent at making you feel sad though. When Len died I was nearly in tears as Katherine Jenkins sung the show out and they were all whispering the news to each other.

Daniel is the baby that died ....... Arthur is the one that belongs to their friends.

Both myself and son commented at the time that we could see a baby swap story coming - but this would make it cruel and devastating to watch. I hope they leave it alone. :(

I must say I don't get weepy readily at pretty much anything and everything on TV. However, I cried like a b**ch watching Emmerdale tonight. It was one of the most heartbreaking things to watch. The second the episode finished I went to check on my daughter instantly and i'm sure I wasn't the only one.

Such a tearjerking storyline, I know it's the "job" of the soaps to cover these kinds of storylines that aren't widely covered in todays society but it killed me to watch it. I hate Laurel but seeing her bring the baby out of the house was so touching, I can see some big awards coming for that episode and rightfully so.

Bravo Emmerdale, I see more crying to come...

My friend recorded it and we just watched it this morning.

It was so heartbreaking :(

I think the soaps are a load of c**p but that episode and the acteress who plays Laurel deserve awards - it was just so touching - I actually did cry :(

And I did hear a long time ago that there would be a baby swap storyline with the two in Emmerdale but I think they changed it when Coronation Street did the same.

From what we saw in the episode though I don't think anybody in particular was responsible?

It would be horrible for them but greater TV if Ashley and Laurel were accused though :o

If they do find something, I think they'll pin it onto Laurel's mother, for some reason that character has always been seen as a bad mother and not trust worthy, I think it would be better for Laurel's mum to be the cause and then Laurel goes crazy and kills her. But that's just me I suppose.

clare said that 'laurel' was acting really good.... i didnt see it, we dont generally like laurel but she seems to have excelled by all accounts.. i wonder if she as a woman in real life has lost a child?...

It was just cot death. The baby died suddenly but it was no ones fault.

good to see 'perdy' getting what she deserves.... shes a horrible, unattractive character . shes also one of the most unattractive women ive ever seen on screen, in fact... is 'she' really a 'she'?...

whats the problem with gray being bi?.... its a NON STORY, why should katie be worried by it?.. shes screwed him, she should therefore know wether she turns him on or not!

just because he has had a gay relationship doesnt make him any more likely to cheat!!! so there nothing to worry about... its a non story.

  • 1 month later...

Grayson and Jonny have been axed- DigitalSpy and The Sun.

Looks like Paul and Katie are staying though..

Does anyone get the feeling that maybe baby Daniel who died wasent actually Laurel an Ashelys and there was a mix up? Ok so do you remember the other new family who had a baby the same time as laurel cant remember their names and laurel kissed the husband, well that woman is a carrier of Cystic Fybrosis (excuse my poor spelling) so i think an up soming storyline is that there was a mix up!

Anyone with vital information to propve me wrong please post cause im gettin excited!!

ye i heard this is going to be the next storyline!
