Another brilliant performance from Amelia. I much prefer the obvious rock-chick performances like that than the pop/R&B songs with a rock beat like 'Billie Jean' and 'Think'. Final three PLEASE! 9/10

Surely after her carcrash 'Billie Jean' and her being top 2 after whatever song she did last week (can't even remember what it was) Kelly should stop giving her 'rock chick' type songs? Her doing SUBG just re-inforces the fact I think an Amelia vs. Misha bottom 2 is pretty much the only possibility.

It's funny how they've tried to make each performance look like a music video. Anyways, Amelia has proved that she's a great singer. I can also understand where others are coming from with the "screaming" comments. Thing is, I always thought the exact same thing with Kelly Clarkson (starting off loud and screaming by the end). So maybe it's apt Amelia is singing Kelly Clarkson. I preferred her first performance more as there was more light and shade in that performance.

A dull, dull night. Nothing left me particularly enamoured. It was all half-baked rehashes of former glories, forgetting words, going for the housewives vote with an "emotional, build-up heartbreaking performance" or just plain. Pedestrian staging, more rehashed judges comments to boot. Bleugh.

It'd be the producers rather than the judges if anything. And in any case they do reserve the right for bottom two/bottom sent off straight away, there's no hard and fast rule saying when it gets to the final five it has to be public vote only.

I'm pretty sure Little Mix are going to be in the bottom two. :(

 

As for who will be with them....hard to know. Probably Misha unfortunately although I would have thought she could have done enough to swing a 3rd tonight.

If Janet is not in the bottom two tomorrow then it's pretty much a practicality that she's going to be in the top two. One dire performance, and one very mediocre one.
