Top 10: *Ben* continues to close the gap at the top, now down to just 7 points. Aaron overtakes Suedehead to move into 3rd, whilst FM11 overtakes Madonna-4-eva to move into 5th. West and Zero also climb a place, to 7th and 8th respectively, whilst Soundseekerz' win sees him climb 3 places and into the top 10.

Top 10: I remain on top by virtue of my score from 6 weeks ago (dropping off) being poorer than Ben's comparative score, in an unchanged top 3 for the second week in a row.

 

Big climbers in the top 10 are Aaron, paulgilb and Hitstastic, all up 4 places each to joint 3rd, 5th and 6th respectively. aprilj also starts to take on some good form, up 3 places and into the top 10 at 8th.

 

Outside the Top 10 those who played and climbed two or more places are: soundseezerz's win propels him up 6 places to 12th, 80'spopkid is up 3 to 13th.

The Top 10 Finishes Game 2010

 

This year, the Top 10 finishes game is based on "points score per Top 10 finish", so that each week:-

• 10 points are up for grabs for whoever finishes in 1st position;
• 9 points for whoever finishes in 2nd position;
• ...and so on down to...
• 1 point for whoever finishes in 10th;
• No points are scored for positions 11 and below;
• If two or more players are tied in the same position, they will both get that position's points - i.e. if two players tie for 3rd place, both players will score 8 Points (i.e. they won't score 7.5 points each).

Top 10: With a 4th place finish this week, *Ben* closes the gap at the top to just 2 points . Meanwhile, Aaron's 3rd place sees him overtake Suedehead and move into 3rd, whilst soundseekerz's victory moves him up a massive 8 places and straight into the top 10 at 5th. Also entering the top 10 this week is danielLMFAO/XF, who climbs 5 places to 9th thanks to his second place finish this week.

 

Outside the Top 10 those who played and climbed two or more places are: aprilj climbs a healthy 3 places to 17th thanks to his 6th place finish this week.

Significant Developments: Top 5 remain unchanged, other than Aaron joining TomKay in joint 5th place thanks to his 3rd place finish this week. DanielLMFAO/XF moves up 3 places to joint 7th, whilst soundseekerz adds to his two 3rd place finishes already this year with a first place that puts him 10th.

 

I'd just like to take this chance to say many thanks to everyone who contributed to this game whilst I was running it - all the players that played and also the chart mods who helped out when I had too much on.

 

A particular thanks to those who kept playing in the absence of the results at the start of this year, and once again please accept my apologies for not completing the posting of the results until now.

 

Finally, a massive thanks to Suedehead2 for taking over the running of this game and doing a fantastic job in the last 6 months.
