Missing You was #29 at mid-day and finished the day in the top three.

 

So I guess we need to be 'out-doing' My Heart Takes Over, and chasing 'All Fired Up' and 'Missing You'

 

I might be a little bit slow here, but I haven't even seen a performance of this!!?! I think this is the first time they have released a single without having actually performed it!! With the kind of exception of Notorious, although that was a differnet release, and before the cd release they had promoted it to f***! MHTO (all beit without frankie) was performed a lot, AFU a major tv performance, MY was performed on every hour of televised programming, and JCGE and Forever Is Over also had a shit load of tv publicity.

 

I think they chose not to perform it though to be honest, because there have actually been plenty of oppertunities for them to perform on certain shows over the last few weeks!

I'm not worried about '30 Days' being at #104 for the last hour because it seems all the other new releases are stuck so they'll probably we a large jump when it updates.

It's #101 now, seems like it may be a slow riser but it is still early morning.. hmm.:)

hmm well they need to be 50 places higher in one hour in order to level with My Heart Takes Over.......

Thank you so much, I was looking for these but couldn't find it.

Looks like 30 Days might be their second highest come 12, I hadn't realised AFU was that high that quickly.

This is shaping up to be as strong as Missing You...with a much weaker competition (and less airplay).

AFU wasn't available as a pre-order EP though so like when 30 Days entered at #1 AFU entered at #20 on the singles chart.

 

This campaign is weird, because they have actually been EVERYWHERE, all the mags, tv shows, radio shows, newspapers (and hardly ever as a complete band, usually just 2 members!) but theyr not promoting 30Days, they are just promoting the band, and so far, it looks like thats paid off. although the hard thing will be staying stable throughout the week to keep a high position.

 

When I was going back through the threads though before we were all like "omg its sogood going to be a #1" "wow already top 100" etc. even with Notorious and Heart Takes Over, where as with this one were like "flooooppp" and its surprised us all!.... sofar!

 

 

Their Sunday Brunch appearance seems to be doing well, got them trending worldwide on twitter, and 30Questions30Days was trending early (and no doubt will be again come 12 when they do it) so thats good! A lot of the tweets refer to Mollie being on TV on a sunday morning from a whole lotta horny boys! haha

^^^ thats always are biggest issue! but this week should actually see the first tv performances which should ensure the second week isn't as horrific!!
